Onsite Operational Management

  1. Attending to tenant affairs with issues regarding common area.
  2. Sourcing for service providers.
  3. Supervision of other service providers personnel.
  4. Supervision of other technical staff attending to common area or / individual units where applicable.
  5. Compiling repairs and maintenance reports on weekly basis.
  6. Executing repairs within the common areas.
  7. Common area bill processing –Water, Electricity, Fuel(monthly) etc.
  8. Organize meetings(Committee & AGMs).
  9. Processing of payments of other service providers.
  10. Supervision of installation of new projects e.g. CCTV, Borehole, Pumps etc.
  11. Keeping to standard services of other service providers (supervision).
  12. Dealing with issues external affecting the residence e.g. noise in the immediate environment, open dumping etc.
  13. Other assigned duties as per the standard operations of common area management of an estate.
