Onsite Operational Management
- Attending to tenant affairs with issues regarding common area.
- Sourcing for service providers.
- Supervision of other service providers personnel.
- Supervision of other technical staff attending to common area or / individual units where applicable.
- Compiling repairs and maintenance reports on weekly basis.
- Executing repairs within the common areas.
- Common area bill processing –Water, Electricity, Fuel(monthly) etc.
- Organize meetings(Committee & AGMs).
- Processing of payments of other service providers.
- Supervision of installation of new projects e.g. CCTV, Borehole, Pumps etc.
- Keeping to standard services of other service providers (supervision).
- Dealing with issues external affecting the residence e.g. noise in the immediate environment, open dumping etc.
- Other assigned duties as per the standard operations of common area management of an estate.
